Our program also includes pelvic floor experts who are devoted to diagnosing and treating conditions such as pelvic organ prolapse and incontinence.

Leading the Way in Treatment and Support
The Colon and Rectal Surgery Program at HCA Virginia is the first in Central Virginia to offer stapled transanal rectal resectioning (STARR) procedures for women. This highly effective procedure provides relief for a common type of constipation in women.
